Did I remember to say thank you? After scouring the market for a realtor to assist in the sale of my childhood home and mom's current home, I'd have to say, the time spent to find you was well worth it. Conducting the sale from a distance for me would require building a relationship with a special person able to handle the details of marketing the house itself, keep the process on track to close while recognizing the emotional difficulty of actually selling the house. You'd also have to have excellent communication skills, serve as a wellspring of information for a novice seller and respect my mom's input as important. You were all these things and I truly appreciate you for it. I would highly recommend you both for your skills as a realtor and as a wonderful person to do business with. - Mary
