I am at a stage in my personal life which enables me to stay totally dedicated to my real estate business and to the clients I serve.
I moved to Dutchess several years ago when my husband was provided an excellent opportunity to enhance his career. It was a pinnacle moment in my life which required me to give up a long term senior sales position with a major airline carrier and carefully consider a career change of my own. Eventually, I began anew in real estate and I have never looked back. Each day I wake up eager to go to work! I love what I do and I never felt so energized while working in any other industry!
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked as a consultant for the largest relocation company in the world where I assisted with the marketing of homes and coordinated 3rd party transactions for properties throughout the country - in all kinds of markets. By combining my backgrounds in sales and relocation, I easily transitioned into the role of a real estate agent and later became an associate broker.
Through my husband's career, we have personally experienced several corporate relocations. As transferees, we've dealt with the buying, selling of 5 of our own homes including new construction. During the first 10 years of our marriage we relocated every 2 years, often with the assistance of a relocation company (and sometimes we were forced to coordinate the move on our own). These were adventurous years. Those life experiences have made me a well rounded real estate professional, as I know and understand exactly what my clients expect from a real estate agent.
I am knowledgeable about real estate and relocation from all different angles. Most importantly for my clients, I am able to be very dedicated to their real estate needs. I am a full time agent/associate broker. I have been a consistent top listing agent and top producer since 2004. This means I don't just accumulate listings - I get results! I have also taken additional courses to enhance my knowledge and earn special designations.
